CONCENTRATE TO DEICE RAIL TRACK AND POINTS

Concentrate which can be diluted with water to produce an effective and efficient liquid which can be used for de-icing in metros and urban rail systems both underground and overground. Works well in severe conditions. Low conductivity means it can be used on the third rail and switches and points. Low foaming and low residue makes it easy and convenient to use. As well as de-icing it helps prevent re-icing.

Instructions

Dilute 40% v/v with water before use that is 4 litres plus 6 litres of water. Stir well or use a pump to mix. Dilution should have an SG of about 1.06 Spray, overnight, onto the track from maintenance vehicles to protect the rail from icing. In very severe conditions spray as and when required.
