SACRIFICIAL WAX COATING FOR USE ON MASONRY
Self emulsifiable coating that can be removed simply by using hot, high-pressure water taking graffiti and pollutants with it. Invisible once applied it does not change the appearance of masonry. It is permeable to water vapour and dry to the touch.

Dilution
Use neat as supplied. No need to dilute.
NB Can dull polished surfaces. Use on vertical surfaces only.
Apply to test area to check suitability before overall treatment.
Coverage
Polished surfaces and tiles. 3 to 6 m2 per litre
Un-polished and porous surfaces 2 to 5 m2 per litre
Brick, concrete, terracotta 2 to 5 m2 per litre
Method
Surface must be clean and dry – slightly damp is OK especially if retreating after removal. Apply by brush or low pressure spray to saturate the surface. Two coats are usually necessary leaving 3 to 4 hours between coats. Do not apply at below 5C.
Removal
Pressure wash with water at 90c , 80 to 90 bar. Graffiti and soiling with be removed with the coating.
